Cilla O'Neill was named after the singer that her parents danced to on the night that they met - Cilla Black. She says that she always loved having an unusual name and has yet to meet another Cilla in real life. Cilla's love of fashion started at an early age, when her Mum and Gran would help her make copies of the latest dresses for her dolls. She learned to use a sewing machine before riding a bike and now has a collection of different sewing machines, all absolutely essential she insists.
Cilla is still looking for the man of her dreams and is happily single, but enjoying looking. She tries to cook at least one meal a week from scratch but prefers to treat cooking books as idea generators, rather than exact guides to be followed. Her favourite cuisine is Mexican and her idea of food hell would be to have to eat food without strong flavours forever. Cilla's guilty pleasure is buying colouring pens and stationery.
